For years, I lived with quiet self-doubt. I stayed small, second-guessed myself, and never quite felt like I had something valuable to offer. From the outside, life looked good. Inside, I felt stuck.
My turning point came in motherhood.
I started to see those same patterns show up in my daughter, and I knew I wanted something different for her.
One night, in a quiet moment, I felt it so clearly:
If I wanted to raise confident, grounded kids, I had to become that kind of woman myself.
